Silkscreen
1–4 spot coloursFlat, solid colours on non-woven, canvas and polyester
Cheapest per unit at volume. One screen per colour, so multi-colour logos add cost. Best on large flat panels.
Most first-time buyers pick a print method by price and end up with a logo that peels after two washes. We match the method to the blank and the artwork — and show you a mock-up before anything is made.
Tell us the product and the artwork; we will recommend the cheapest method that still looks right.

Detailed or multi-colour logos on fabric
The artwork is printed onto transfer film then pressed on. Handles gradients and fine text that silkscreen cannot.
All-over prints on polyester
Dye is absorbed into the fabric, so the print never cracks or peels. Ideal for drawstring bags where the whole panel is artwork.
Small, awkward or curved surfaces
A silicone pad transfers ink onto curved items — pen barrels, bottle caps, small rigid pieces.
Metal, PU leather, wood
Permanent, cannot wear off. Ideal for executive gift sets where a subtle tone-on-tone logo reads as premium.
Towels, caps, bag panels
Stitched logos survive heavy washing and read as genuinely made-to-order rather than promotional filler.
Notebook and planner covers
Metallic gold, silver or rose gold on PU leather and linen. The default for corporate diary covers.
PU leather covers
A recessed impression with no ink. Understated and popular with luxury and finance clients.
Send the best file you have. We do not charge to redraw a logo — we would rather fix a low-resolution file than print something you will be embarrassed by.
Indicative for a 5,000-piece order with one print position. Chinese New Year and peak Q4 add two to three weeks — plan for it.
A physical pre-production sample ships to you. Sampling is normally charged and then credited back against the production order once it is placed.
Before you commit anything, we put your logo on a photograph of the actual product and send it over. One to two working days.
Printed on the real blank with the real method. You check colour, position and size on a physical object, not a screen.
Sample and courier cost is credited against the production invoice once the order is placed.
The minimum viable trial run (104 published lines accept this range). Expect the top of the quoted band plus a one-off print set-up fee.
Where promotional gift economics actually work. Set-up cost amortises across the run and per-unit cost usually drops 20–35% versus a trial order.
Container territory. Freight, packaging and print set-up all become marginal, and we will quote DDP so you can compare landed cost properly.
Send us the item, the quantity and your artwork. You get a factory-direct price, printing options and a delivery date — normally within 4 working hours.
Tell us the item, the quantity and your deadline. We will come back with pricing, printing options and a production schedule.
