Sourcing golf & ball sports
Golf is the corporate sport, and the associated items sell all year: towels, balls, tees, head covers, seat sticks and tee-height markers, plus pickleball and court-sport pieces for club and sponsor programmes. Buyers are usually running a golf day, sponsoring a club, or putting together a kit for a sales incentive trip.
Decoration is mostly small-format — embroidery on a towel, a printed logo on a ball, a laser-engraved marker. The exception is the towel, which takes a large embroidered or printed mark and is the piece people keep using. Balls and tees are low unit cost and often ordered as fillers alongside the main item.
Questions buyers ask about golf & ball sports
How the trade works, so you can judge a quote — not a spec sheet about us.
What should a golf day gift be?
Something used on the course rather than afterwards: a towel, a ball marker, a divot tool or a sleeve of balls. A trophy or a plaque goes on a shelf; a towel comes out every round and carries the sponsor's logo around with it for years.
Printed or engraved on a ball marker?
Engraved metal lasts and reads as proper equipment; a printed one is cheaper and wears off in a pocket full of coins and tees. Because the marker is small, the artwork has to reduce to the mark alone — a logo plus a tagline is not legible at that size.
How many balls per person?
A sleeve of three is the standard gift and what players expect to find in a goodie bag; a single ball looks like an afterthought. Balls are also an inexpensive way to add weight and value to a bag, which is why they are usually ordered alongside the main item.
Do branded golf balls need to be tournament legal?
If they are going to be played in a competition, they need to conform to the equipment rules and appear on the governing body's accepted list. For a fun day or a gift, conformity does not matter. Worth deciding which it is before ordering, not after.
