What we do with the information you send us
This page covers one thing: the enquiry form. Beyond that form this site collects nothing about you at all. Last updated 13 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Hangzhou Three Pijiang Trading Co., Ltd., Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. For anything on this page — including a request to delete your enquiry — write to [email protected].
What the enquiry form collects, and why
The form asks for the following. Only your name and email are required; everything else helps us quote accurately rather than repeatedly asking you questions.
- Your name
- To address you properly in our reply.
- Company
- So we know who we are quoting, and can look up anything you have ordered before.
- Business email
- The address we reply to. This is the only field we cannot do without, along with your name.
- Country / region
- Delivery terms, freight and applicable taxes depend on it.
- Product of interest
- Often filled in automatically from the page you were looking at.
- Estimated quantity
- Price breaks are quantity-driven, so this decides what we quote.
- Anything else you tell us
- Anything you choose to put in the message box.
The form also records which page of the site you submitted from, so we know which product
you were looking at. A hidden field named _gotcha exists purely to catch
automated spam; if it is filled in, the submission is discarded and nothing is sent.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Because you asked us for a quotation. Under the GDPR that is processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and for the rest — keeping the thread so we can answer follow-up questions — our legitimate interest in running a sales desk (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use your enquiry for marketing, and we do not profile you.
Where it goes
Submitting the form sends the details by email to our sales inbox, and triggers a short automatic acknowledgement back to you confirming it arrived. Two service providers are involved in that delivery:
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and routes our incoming email. It handles the request on its way through, and keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention.
- Resend — delivers the outgoing email. It processes the message contents in order to send it.
Both are established providers with their own data-processing terms. Because they are US-based, enquiries may be processed outside the EEA; both rely on standard contractual clauses for that transfer.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else — no advertising networks, no data brokers, no analytics vendors.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. If you place an order, the correspondence forms part of our business records and is kept for as long as tax and export law requires. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner — see below.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no
social media buttons that would track you. Nothing is stored in your browser — no
localStorage, no sessionStorage. That is also why you are not
being asked to accept a cookie banner.
The only cookie-like behaviour anywhere near this site is Cloudflare's own security filtering, which may use a short-lived technical measure to distinguish real visitors from automated traffic. It is not used to build a profile of you and we have no access to anything identifying from it.
How it is stored
The form does not write to a database because there is no database — the enquiry exists as an email in our sales mailbox. The site is served over HTTPS, and access to that mailbox is restricted to the people who answer enquiries.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, the EEA or a jurisdiction with comparable law, you can ask us to do any of the following. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
- Access
- Ask for a copy of the enquiry data we hold about you.
- Correction
- Have anything inaccurate put right.
- Erasure
- Ask us to delete the enquiry, subject to any record we are legally required to keep.
- Restriction
- Ask us to stop using it while a question about it is resolved.
- Objection
- Object to our handling it, where we rely on legitimate interests.
- Portability
- Ask for it in a machine-readable format.
We may need to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not hand your enquiry to somebody else. If you believe we have handled your information badly you can complain to your national data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this page
If the site starts collecting anything new — an analytics tool, a mailing list, a customer database — this page will be updated before that happens and the date at the top will change. It is worth re-reading if you sent an enquiry a while ago.
