Printing & branding
PU leather and paper are the two materials here, and they take different treatments. Foil stamping and debossing are the usual covers — both leave the cover itself intact and read well on a dark finish, which print rarely does. Paper covers take silkscreen or a full-colour print instead.
Send your logo as AI, EPS, PDF or a 300 dpi PNG with transparent background. If you only have a screenshot, we will redraw it — that is part of the service, not an extra.
Packaging & shipping
Standard packing is one piece per polybag, bulk carton. Retail-ready options include individual gift boxes, hang tags, barcodes and labels printed to your marketplace's carton spec.
Air, sea LCL, sea FCL or express. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai by default, and DDP or DDU to your door if you would rather not handle customs.
Quality control
Binding is the thing that decides how a notebook feels, so it is checked first: sewn or glued spine, page block square, and whether the cover sits flat when opened. Foil coverage is compared against the sample.
Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) can be arranged at your cost, and we will hold production until the report clears.
